Hit the road: embark on a virtual tour of National Geographic Park



America’s national parks are busier than ever. Nat Geo is here with a new way to explore through what he calls “a real or virtual trip” to US national parks.

Until August 22, National Geographic is offering a way to beat the crowds with his Summer adventures on the road program, suitable for young outdoor enthusiasts.

Thanks to Nat Geo’s adventure interface, travel virtually to many national parks and American monuments. And bring the family together: people of all ages will experience the mountains, nature, wildlife and more in these parks.

And while the road trip is virtual, the exploration can be real. In case you visit these parks in person, Nat Geo has made activity booklets available for the younger adventurers (available for ages 4-8 and 9-18).

Booklets include fun activities like nature bingo, a litter box challenge, journaling and more. Really, it’s for anyone young at heart.

For those who are more digitally inclined, there is also a “Quest BookDirected and narrated by National Geographic explorers.
